Require Fluent Spanish/English for translation in a meeting in Soacha, Colombia

I am looking for a translator person to assist me in a meeting with a bank official. This person must be fluent in Spanish and be able to translate every word to me in English and vice versa. It will be a meeting in a bank in the Mercurio shopping mall in Soacha, Colombia. It may take as much as 3 hours as we have to wait in line to speak with an Agent. Quote me a flat rate to meet me at the bank and proceed to the meeting.
