Process loan modification applications and other miscellaneous tasks related to mortgage loans in the US.
These positions require Top Notch Work Ethic and a Desire to Grow!
Applicant should have 3 + years of experience in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan processing experience. EXPERIENCE DOING LOAN MODIFICATIONS A BIG PLUS
And or Real Estate Sales Assistant or Real Estate Transaction Coordinator background is awesome.

Should have a strong sense of urgency to close loans quickly, and a passion for helping others?
If so, we are looking for you! As part of our top-producing team, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of the loan modification process.
Your strong eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in this position, as you will diligently gather information, field questions, and handle any last-minute changes so that mortgage should have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask without being micro-managed to meet multiple deadlines and work well in a team environment.
You may be asked to participate in marketing tasks until you have a full day’s work.
Having a desire to be creative is a plus but not required.
You should be able to work overtime infrequently and or weekends PST Work hours will be 8 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time. Infrequently you will be requested to work late up until 9 pm Pacific Standard Time and on weekends to assist on new client interviews.
Having consistent access to technology to stay connected online and via your cell phone is very important.
The ability to take dictation or accurately take notes during business calls and meetings is very helpful.
You will be able to Set up Zoom calls, Have your own doc U sign account, be able to set up Zoom Calls, taking modification applications on the phone as needed from 5-9pm Pacific Standard Time.
If you would like to obtain bonus money for helping in obtaining new files there will be a great opportunity for you.
We are results driven and you will need to demonstrate that on a regular basis.
