Job Requirements – Trade Show Assistant (Seafood Expo, Barcelona)

am looking for a 1-day business representative / trade show assistant to attend a seafood exhibition in Barcelona on my behalf.
Main objective:
Help me identify and collect contacts of suppliers / producers of ribbonfish and yellow croaker, especially:
Spanish companies
European seafood companies
Companies with fishing or processing bases in Africa are highly preferred
Main tasks:
Visit assigned booths at the exhibition
Identify companies that produce, process, or supply ribbonfish and yellow croaker
Prioritize Spanish or European companies, especially those with operations in Africa
Collect business cards, brochures, and catalogues
Ask for and record:
company name
contact person
WhatsApp number
email address
main products
production or fishing area
whether they have fishing bases in Africa
Take clear photos of the booth and name card
Send me all information promptly through WhatsApp during or after the event
Make a simple summary of the most relevant suppliers
Requirements:
Good English communication skills
Spanish is a plus
Professional, proactive, and able to communicate confidently with exhibitors
Careful and organized when collecting contact information
Experience at trade shows, sourcing, seafood business, or sales is preferred
Preferred candidate:
Someone who can not only collect cards, but also briefly ask basic sourcing questions and identify which suppliers are most relevant.
Deliverables:
At the end of the day, I need:
photos of all collected business cards
booth photos
a simple contact list with notes
highlights of the most promising ribbonfish and yellow croaker suppliers
