Interpreter Assignment Scheduler for Onsite jobs
Budget: €20 – €50 EUR
We have an immediate need for someone who can intake calls, from our clients. These calls will have what language is needed, when, where and for how long. Our scheduler will then call interpreters from our roster and ask interpreters if they are available. Interpreters who accept our assignments are then entered into our system.
The scheduler will then confirm with the interpreter 48 hours prior to the assignment and send the interpreters information to the client who requested the appointment. Our new scheduler will learn the difference between qualified interpreters and certified as well as the rates. They will also need to have some negotiating skills but its not a must.
They will also need to become familiar with the cities in California and Nevada where most of our assignments are located. Our new hire will go through a 60 day probation period prior to considering for long term.
