Guest Spanish Coach Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As a non-profit language learning platform, we are on the lookout for a native Spanish speaker from Spain to temporarily fill in as a coach, prior to hiring a permanent one. Your primary role will be to assist our users in improving their spoken Spanish. Although prior teaching experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log in daily to our online platform and review user recordings
- Provide one-on-one coaching feedback (non face-to-face)
- Assist users across all levels of Spanish proficiency, from beginner to advanced
- Initially, the role will involve overseeing less than 200 submissions per day
Compensation:
- A base salary of $100 per month, covering 2000 recordings that the number of recordings varies every day. If more than 2000 per month, bonus will be given.
- Salary will increase in line with workload
