General Spanish Translator/Reviewer needed

We are looking for Spanish native speakers to help with an upcoming project. Below are details of this project:

A government agency is looking to improve its outreach to non-English speaking customers, to help them better navigate through official state transactions. This includes translation of customer communications and forms. It also includes a virtual agent/chatbot with FAQs and links to the most important documents. The reviewers we select will review the translations in documents and within the virtual agent, looking for:
• Sections that don’t make sense
• Places where the message has been significantly changed
• Cultural appropriateness of text and photos/images
• Tone appropriate for the audience
• Offensive language

10-20 hours
Start date: Tentatively between 11/14 and 12/6
