Excel Menu Template Design with Background Image

I'm seeking a freelancer skilled in design and proficient in Excel to craft an easily editable menu template. I will provide an image to be used as the background. The aim is for me to effortlessly input dish names and their prices in Excel, as the menu is in Spanish. I intend to bypass spelling errors, given past experiences with non-Spanish speaking freelancers.
