English/Spanish Transcript and Translation Needed

We have a 40 minute audio interview in which the speaker speaks in both English and Spanish - we would like the entire interview transcribed. For the Spanish parts, we would like them transcribed in Spanish, with an English translation provided in the transcript. We would also like the transcript to have timestamps. Thank you.
