English and Spanish Speaking Female Translator for Mexico City Tradeshow

We are seeking an English and Spanish speaking translator for a tradeshow in Mexico City. The translator should have fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as cultural knowledge to effectively communicate with attendees. The ideal candidate will be a female translator, as this will help us in creating a comfortable environment for our female attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between English-speaking exhibitors and Spanish-speaking attendees
- Translate written materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage
- Assist with product tasting and sampling to potential clients.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, presentations, and Q&A sessions
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cultural knowledge of Mexico
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
