Create a user manual for a legal office management application (Spanish)

I am looking for a freelancer to create a complete user manual for our application (php cloud app) for the management of legal offices in Spanish. The manual must describe in detail all the sections of the application. The ideal candidate should have experience writing texts and writing in Spanish.
Format and layout: The format and layout of the user manual are open to suggestions. Some examples of similar looking manuals will be sent.
Screenshots or Images: It is mandatory to include screenshots or images in the user manual.
Length: the user manual should be medium length and detailed.
Other requirements:
