Convince tenants to move out

We have a property in south LA with 4 units of 1bed/1bath. 4 units of tenants are Spanish family and they have been there for a long time, I need someone who is native Spanish speaker and speak good English as well, with great patient, persistence and communication skills to represent owner to knock on their doors and convince them to move out ASAP, we will provide a reasonable relocation fees of 3-5 months rents to the tenants.
