- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Prior experience in activation roles or similar positions
- Knowledge of the local market in Arequipa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the startup environment and agile methodologies

Work Schedule:

- The expected work schedule for the freelancer is "por obra" (per project), meaning that the activador will be hired on a project basis, with flexible working hours based on the requirements of each project.
