Yoga Wear Sourcing Agent

We are a Swiss private label activewear brand looking for an experienced sourcing agent to find and liaise with a factory for our first production run.

PRODUCT:
• Ribbed nylon/spandex yoga shorts (5" high-rise biker, 150 units)
• Matching crop top / sports bra (150 units)
• Fabric: Nylon 80% / Spandex 20%, ribbed knit, 210–220gsm
• Private label OEM — our branding

YOUR JOB:
• Find 2–3 factories capable of producing this spec
• Manage communication and negotiate MOQ and pricing
• Arrange sample production and shipment to Switzerland
• Oversee first bulk order quality and dispatch

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
• Fee 1: Paid upon receipt of approved samples in Switzerland
• Fee 2: Paid upon receipt of first bulk order in Switzerland
• No upfront payment — we pay for results

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience sourcing activewear / sportswear in Vietnam or China
• English fluency (Vietnamese, Mandarin, or local language a strong plus)
• References from previous sourcing work preferred
• Familiarity with OEM private label process, OEKO-TEX, and EU export requirements
