Vietnam-Based Supplier Dispute Resolution Assistant

We are looking for a Vietnam-based professional (legal / sourcing / commercial background) to assist with a supplier dispute.

Context:

- We are dealing with a Vietnam supplier where product quality issues have arisen in exported goods.
- The supplier is currently non-responsive and not cooperating effectively.

Scope of support:

- Communicate with the supplier locally (Vietnamese language preferred)
- Help assess situation from a commercial/legal standpoint
- Support in negotiating a resolution (compensation / corrective action)
- Advise on escalation options if required

Requirements:

- Based in Vietnam
- Strong communication skills (English + Vietnamese)
- Experience dealing with manufacturers / suppliers
- Practical, results-oriented approach (not purely theoretical/legal)

This is a time-sensitive engagement. Potential for extended work depending on outcome.
