Vietnam Apparel Sourcing Agent
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m expanding my casual-wear line and need a trusted purchasing partner based in Vietnam to source quality clothing. Your local knowledge of mills, small-batch factories, and wholesale markets will be invaluable for securing fabrics, sampling, pricing, and production slots.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Identify and shortlist reliable manufacturers or suppliers that specialise in casual wear (T-shirts, hoodies, joggers, everyday tops).
• Arrange sample runs, check workmanship, fabric weight, colour fastness and sizing consistency, then send photos and courier samples to me.
• Negotiate MOQ, lead time, payment terms and shipment schedules on my behalf, aiming for competitive pricing without sacrificing quality.
• Oversee production once POs are placed, carry out spot quality inspections, and coordinate all export paperwork so the goods leave Vietnam smoothly and on time.
Fluent English communication, video-call availability during business hours, and previous experience sourcing clothing in Vietnam are essential. If you already have contacts in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi garment hubs, let me know—those relationships will fast-track this project.
When you reply, briefly outline similar sourcing projects you’ve completed, typical factory MOQs you work with, and your preferred inspection workflow. I’m ready to move quickly once I see the right fit.
