Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Creators:
Find and qualify 1,000 verified UGC creators.
Use advanced Google search queries and targeted methods to identify creators quickly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting creators, influencers, or freelancers—preferably in the UGC industry.
Strong command of advanced Google search operators (e.g., site:, exact match quotes, Boolean operators).
Familiarity with the UGC and influencer landscape across European markets (Germany & UK preferred).
Excellent English communication skills; ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for multilingual, well-written communication.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or social media analytics is a plus.
