I am ready to establish a complete CR-39 lens-casting laboratory and need a partner who can handle every stage of the project, from factory floor to first production run. Your brief is straightforward: source the right Chinese machinery, arrange shipment to my site, install and commission the line, and then train my technicians so we can operate independently.
Scope of assistance
• Sourcing – identify reputable Chinese manufacturers that supply robust CR-39 casting equipment and offer reliable after-sales support.
• Installation – oversee delivery logistics, on-site setup, calibration, and acceptance testing until the line meets stated throughput and quality specs.
• Training – provide hands-on instruction and documentation, covering routine operation, maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting.
Deliverables
1. Comparative matrix of shortlisted manufacturers with pricing, lead times, and support terms.
2. Signed purchase agreement and coordinated shipping plan.
3. Fully installed and tested CR-39 casting line (mould preparation, polymer mixing, curing ovens, edging, inspection).
4. Training session(s) for my staff, plus user manuals and maintenance schedules.
5. Final report confirming the line is running to spec and all knowledge has been transferred.
