Clear communication, quick photo or video verification of serial numbers, and meticulous record-keeping in Excel or Google Sheets are essential. Once pricing and quality are locked, I’ll rely on you to arrange insured domestic freight to my nominated forwarder, complete the export paperwork, and track the shipment until it leaves Japan.
