Technology Talent Sourcing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced sourcer to build an initial pipeline of candidates for several technology roles we will open over the next few weeks. The focus is 100 % on the tech industry, though a background that also understands how to pivot into related areas such as Marketing or Finance is a plus.
The assignment covers the full top-of-funnel cycle: market mapping, Boolean searches, proactive outreach, and first-round screening. All sourcing must be documented in a shared tracker (Google Sheets or an ATS you already master). I will provide role briefs and ideal-candidate profiles; you return a curated shortlist with résumé, LinkedIn URL, location, salary expectations, and two-sentence summary of why each person matches.
Success for each role is at least eight qualified, contactable candidates ready for a hiring-manager interview within five business days of receiving the brief. If that cadence feels aggressive, flag it early so we can adjust.
Tools that typically work for us include LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub search, Stack Overflow, and any niche tech forums you prefer—use whatever combination helps you surface passive talent quickly.
If this sounds like a process you can own end-to-end, let’s start with one role and expand once we see a solid flow of candidates.
