I need an experienced recruiter who can take full ownership of our mid-level hiring across Europe. The focus is purely on recruitment—sourcing, screening, and short-listing strong candidates who can move quickly through our process.

Here is what success looks like for me:
• A curated short-list of pre-vetted, interview-ready professionals for each open role.
• Weekly progress updates that cover pipeline numbers, candidate feedback, and next steps.
• Seamless coordination of interviews between shortlisted talent and our internal panel (using our preferred video-conferencing tools and ATS).
• Clear documentation of each search so we can replicate the approach for future hires.

You should already have an active network in the European market, understand local compliance nuances, and feel comfortable filling roles that sit squarely in the mid-level salary band. Industry background is flexible; what matters is your ability to quickly grasp a role’s requirements and translate them into a targeted sourcing strategy.
