Sourcing Electric Fiber Machinery
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to purchase an electric plantation-fiber decorticating machine (medium-output, roughly 3-5 t/day) together with a matching electric plantain-fiber combing machine. I need a seasoned sourcing agent who can work primarily in China and India, where I believe the best options and pricing exist, to manage the entire process for me from factory floor to my door.
What I expect you to handle:
• Identify and vet reliable manufacturers that can certify durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance for both machines.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and warranty conditions in my favour.
• Perform or arrange on-site quality inspections to ensure the equipment meets the stated performance and safety standards before any payment is released.
• Coordinate all logistics—export paperwork, inland haulage, ocean or air freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery—so the shipment arrives ready for installation.
I’m open to your guidance on the most efficient shipping route and Incoterms, but the end result must be true door-to-door delivery. Provide me with regular updates at each milestone, photo or video evidence of inspections, and copies of all commercial documents.
