Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Sourcing Agent based in China to support the sourcing and procurement of IT and networking equipment. The successful candidate will identify reliable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate favorable terms, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers of IT and networking equipment, including routers, switches, computers, and related technology products.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct supplier verification and coordinate quality inspections when required.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to facilitate timely shipment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and provide regular sourcing updates.
Qualifications
• Yemeni national currently residing in China.
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese supplier and manufacturing market.
• Experience sourcing IT, networking, electronics, or technology-related products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
