Source Duplex Board Quotations

I am ready to place regular 5-ton orders of 300 GSM duplex paper board, gray back, and I need five independent quotations sourced directly from Chinese mills or wholesale channels. Each quote must arrive as a clear PDF that a purchasing team can forward internally without further editing.

Scope of work
• Contact reputable mills/wholesalers and secure tiered pricing that reflects today’s mainland market—please show at least the 5-ton break and an ex-works price for 10 tons.
• Confirm the product meets “good grade” quality and the standard sheet size is 90 × 120 cm (or the closest readily available mill size).
• Request payment terms of 30 days credit in CNY, tax included.
• Obtain the mill’s technical data sheet for 300 GSM gray-back duplex board and attach it to each quotation.

Deliverables
1. Five separate quotation PDFs on the suppliers’ letterhead, each showing tiered prices, Incoterm (ex-works), and the stated payment terms.
2. The corresponding technical sheet for each supplier.
3. A brief comparison table (Excel or PDF) so I can see price, MOQ, lead time, and any noteworthy differences at a glance.

I will review immediately and move to sample verification once the documents are complete, so accuracy and completeness on the first pass will speed up supplier selection.
