Refined Womenswear Production & Sourcing Manager
Budget: $500 – $800 USD
I am looking for a freelancer with direct experience in womenswear sourcing and production management for a premium contemporary fashion brand.
This role is focused on the sourcing and production side of the process only.
Scope of work:
- shortlisting suitable manufacturers and suppliers
- factory and vendor communication
- sourcing fabrics and trims with manufacturers/suppliers
- requesting and comparing quotations
- MOQ, lead time, and costing review
- sample coordination and follow-up with factories
- managing revisions through sampling
- supporting production planning and early production follow-up

This role is separate from technical design and tech pack preparation. I am specifically looking for someone strong in sourcing, factory coordination, sample follow-up, and production management for womenswear.
