Recruitment Resourcer- Childcare Industry

We are currently recruiting for a casual Recruitment Resourcer to join our fun and dynamic team, working from home. In this role you will work 20 - 25 hours per week.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident resilient have a bubbly personality and be able to build relationships quickly; someone who thrives in a busy office environment.

Recruitment Resourcer requires a lot of talking - you'll be speaking to candidates and liaising closely with the internal team so a bubbly personality and high energy approach to your work is essential.

Day to day your role will involve:
⁃ Phone screens
⁃ Interviews
⁃ Reference checking & compliance
⁃ Sourcing talent for active roles
⁃ Managing ongoing candidate relationships
⁃ Writing job adverts
⁃ Building a pipeline of talent
⁃ Implementing innovative sourcing strategies
