About the Project

We are looking for a freelance Project Sourcing Specialist based in China to support sourcing activities for electronic parts used in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.

This is a freelance opportunity suitable for professionals who have experience working with electronic component suppliers, manufacturers, trading companies, or who operate their own sourcing business.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify reliable suppliers for electronic parts used in EV applications.
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, and production capabilities.
Compare supplier quotations and recommend suitable sourcing options.
Support supplier evaluation and basic qualification.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
Experience sourcing electronic parts or electronic components.
Knowledge of Chinese manufacturers and supplier networks.
Freelancers are welcome.
Candidates who own a sourcing, trading, or consulting business are highly preferred.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Able to communicate in English.
Based in China.
