Part-Time Recruiter for Entry Roles
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need steady, part-time support in sourcing and hiring entry-level marketing and sales 3-4 people. The work is fully remote and revolves around the entire recruitment cycle: drafting job ads, actively sourcing, screening resumes, running first-round interviews, and ushering candidates through offers and onboarding.
You will have complete freedom to tap whatever channels make sense—job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn or niche sites, social media communities, employee referrals, college career centers, or any pipeline you trust—as long as you deliver a reliable flow of qualified applicants and keep costs reasonable.
I will provide detailed job descriptions, scorecards, and access to our lightweight ATS; you bring the sourcing creativity, crisp communication, and past experience filling junior roles quickly.
Deliverables and expectations
• Post and refresh openings across chosen channels within 48 hours of receiving a new role.
• Present a screened shortlist (3–5 candidates) per position within one week.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback until an offer is accepted.
• Track metrics such as time-to-hire and acceptance rate so we can fine-tune the process.
When you reply, please mention the tools you typically use, the volume of entry-level roles you can manage on a 10–15-hour one time, and a brief success story that shows your results. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner, and the engagement can extend long term if we’re both happy with the outcomes.
