About Us:
We are a growing cosmetics company specializing in the import and distribution of Korean Beauty (K-Beauty) products. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and well-connected Sourcing & Negotiation Agent based in South Korea to act as our representative on the ground.
Your Responsibilities:
Supplier Identification: Find and contact primary cosmetics manufacturers, brand owners, and major B2B distributors in South Korea.
Price List Collection: Gather official wholesale catalogs, price lists, and commercial conditions.
Price & MOQ Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible prices, payment terms, and lower Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) on our behalf.
Communication Bridge: Act as the main point of contact between our company and Korean suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in South Korea (preferably Seoul/Incheon area).
Fluent in Korean (native preferred) and fluent in English.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or international trade (experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry is a huge plus).
Strong negotiation skills and professional communication.
Project Type & Budget:
This will start as a project-based mission (sourcing a specific list of brands/manufacturers), with a strong potential to turn into a long-term, ongoing monthly collaboration as our official buying agent in Korea.
