Non-IT Sourcer Specialist Needed (Recruiter)

Sourcer & Contact Finder (Non-IT)
We are seeking an experienced Sourcer / Contact Finder with a proven track record in non-IT recruiting. This role will start as a temporary engagement (part-time or full-time) and may remain flexible or evolve into a long-term opportunity, depending on performance and business needs.

Role Overview
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Source qualified, above-average candidates for openings in the following areas:
o Construction Management (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Architects, etc. — no labor roles)
o Executive and Management searches
o Accounting & Finance
o Office Management & Administrative Support
o Human Resources
o Sales & Marketing
• Identify and verify accurate contact information, including:
o Personal phone and email
o Work phone and email
• Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn and/or email to gauge basic candidate interest (templates will be provided)
• Maintain thorough and organized notes on candidates and outreach activity

Potential Future Responsibilities
• Research and identify employment opportunities for candidates through company websites and online sources

Requirements
Must Have
• Reliable, dependable internet connection, own PC
Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in non-IT roles
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong online research skills
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset: high energy, results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible, sharp, and adaptable
• Strong technical proficiency, including:
o Advanced Boolean search
o LinkedIn
o MS Word & Excel
o Google Docs, MS Teams
o Contact Finder Tools
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred
• LinkedIn Recruiter subscription is a plus, but not required

• U.S. (PST) time zone
• Full-time or Part-time
• 4–8 hours/day
• Must be available between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Compensation
We operate on a contingency basis with our clients; however, our sourcers are not expected to work on contingency.
Compensation includes:
• A low guaranteed base
