Mexico Casting Sourcing

I’m looking for an experienced sourcing partner who can identify, vet, and manage reliable Mexican suppliers that specialize in cast-iron sand casting and related metal-fabrication services.

Scope of work
• Build a shortlist of sand-casting foundries in Mexico capable of producing high-quality cast-iron parts that meet typical ASTM / ISO standards.
• Gather and compare key data—equipment (molding lines, core-making, furnace sizes), monthly capacity, quality-control certifications, typical tolerances, sample lead-times, and pricing brackets.
• Arrange NDAs and coordinate first-article quotations; I’ll provide drawings, volumes, and target specs once we move forward.
• Evaluate each supplier’s machining, finishing, and secondary-fabrication capabilities so I can consolidate operations wherever possible.
• Present a concise comparison matrix with your recommendations and a clear rationale.

Optional but welcome
If you have on-site audit experience or can supervise trial runs, highlight that in your proposal—I’m flexible on timing and happy to build a phased plan.

Timeline
There’s no immediate deadline; accuracy and thorough vetting matter more than speed, so we can set realistic milestones together.

4. Consolidated recommendation with next-step roadmap
