About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Talent Sourcer to help us fill a Regional Director – Payment Sales role for one of our clients. In addition to your hourly rate, there is a $500 commission per successful hire that results from your submission (paid when the candidate starts with the client, and after the client pays us).
We provide all scripts, messaging templates, and search filters—you just need to execute the outreach and submit qualified candidates. Your success will be measured by consistently sending out 50-100 messages per day and securing at least 2 qualified candidate resumes daily.
Your Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar tools) to identify sales professionals with:
Experience in merchant services, POS, payment processing, or embedded finance.
We will provide a license to LSN.
Titles we target:
Regional Sales Manager
Territory Sales Manager
Director of Sales – Payments
Account Executive – Payments
Business Development Manager – Payments
Engage candidates using our provided messaging scripts.
Submit at least 2 qualified candidate resumes daily to our team for review.
