Indian freelancer preferred- Babywear Manufacturer Sourcing

I need an India-based sourcing professional to locate and lock in reliable baby and kidswear factories that can handle small-batch, premium production for sizes preemie through 5 years. My top decision driver is competitive pricing, but only from suppliers that already work with certified organic cotton.

What I expect you to do
• Map the current landscape of baby & kidswear producers across major hubs (Tiruppur, Ludhiana, Noida, etc.) and quickly identify those equipped for low MOQs while maintaining export-grade quality.
• Pre-qualify each factory by verifying capacity, machinery, compliance documents, GOTS or equivalent organic-cotton certification, social audits, lead times, and sample costs.
• Short-list the best fit manufacturers, present a side-by-side comparison, and recommend the strongest candidate(s).
• Conduct price negotiations on my behalf until we reach target costings that keep us competitive in our market segment, then outline the proposed contract terms (MOQ brackets, development fees, payment schedule, shipping terms, and timelines).

Deliverables
A vetted supplier matrix (Excel or Google Sheet) detailing contact data, certifications, MOQ, pricing tiers, lead times, and comments from your discussions.
