We are launching a premium private-label lipstick brand (brand details shared with selected candidate under NDA). We need a hands-on sourcing agent to do the complete groundwork of finding our manufacturer.
Your job, end to end:

Search and contact licensed third-party lipstick manufacturers across India (Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Gujarat/Baddi preferred)
Verify each one: valid cosmetics manufacturing licence (collect licence number), GMP certificate, real factory (not a trader/broker)
Get quotes for: satin bullet lipstick, 3.5g, private label, 3–4 shades, premium casing (matte black, weighted, magnetic closure, engraving option) — at 100 / 500 / 1000 units
Negotiate best per-piece prices, sample costs, payment terms, and lead times
Confirm they will share formula/INCI under NDA and support compliant labelling (Mfd by/Marketed by, Legal Metrology)

Final deliverable: a comparison sheet of your best 4 manufacturers — verified licence details, negotiated prices at each quantity, casing options with photos, sample cost, lead time, and your recommendation with reasons. We pick from your 4.
In your bid, you MUST include: one sourcing project you've done in cosmetics/FMCG, and which manufacturing hubs you know personally. Generic copy-paste bids ignored.
Budget: fixed. Milestones: shortlist of 8–10 contacted (30%) → quotes collected (30%) → final 4-option comparison sheet delivered (40%).
Timeline: 3–4 weeks.
