Hong Kong-Based Freelancer Needed for Short-Term Storage Space Sourcing & Inspection

I am an IT, IC, trading, and sourcing freelancer seeking a reliable local freelancer in Hong Kong to assist with finding, inspecting, and renting a storage or private space for a limited period. The primary purpose is to differentiate between my suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Find suitable storage options, either warehouse or private space, in Hong Kong.

• Inspect the shortlisted locations to ensure they meet the requirements.

• Assist with the rental process for short-term (a few days), with potential longer-term options (3-6 months) for warehouse spaces, including renewal options.

• Ensure the space can accommodate 3-4 boxes (60x60x60cm).

• Facilitate potential repacking activities if needed.

• Monitor deliveries and pickups, usually 2-3 times per month, during receipt and dispatch.

Requirements:

• The freelancer has, definitely, to be Based in Hong Kong.

• Fluent in English for communication.

• Previous experience in sourcing/storage arrangements is an advantage.

• Ability to oversee and monitor goods receiving and delivery processes.


Big advantage:

• Experience with sourcing goods is a plus for potential future collaborations and purchasing.
