Fulfillment Agent Needed for Fashion Product & Order Management (E-Com Apparel Brand)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for a reliable fulfillment partner/agent to manage the end-to-end production and fulfillment of a custom hoodie design for my e-commerce brand. This includes sourcing, production management, quality control, and direct-to-customer shipping.
You will be responsible for helping me:
• Source and manage production
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Manage fulfillment logistics, including packaging, labeling, and shipping to customers
• Set up a rolling production system (starting with smaller batches of 100–300 units, scaling to 2,000+ units)
Requirements:
• Experience in apparel production and fulfillment (preferably hoodies/streetwear)
• Ability to source and manage manufacturers
• Knowledge of custom print applications (puff print experience is a plus)
• Capability to handle both small test runs and larger rolling productions
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to provide regular updates
