TRUSTIV is hiring a freelance CV Sourcer to deliver verified resumes for a Team Leader – BPO role in Ghaziabad.
This role is for an NGO, so you MUST verify candidate willingness to work with an NGO.

Your Task -

Deliver 10–15 verified CVs/day

Source candidates from any channels you prefer

Verify each candidate for:

TL/BPO experience

Working phone number

Current & expected CTC

Notice period

Ghaziabad work location

Willingness to work with an NGO

Confirmed interest in the job

Only verified CVs will be counted.

Payment -

₹50 per verified CV

Weekly payment

No payment for fake, wrong, uninterested, or unverified CVs

Candidate Requirements You Must Source

1–3 years as Team Leader (BPO)

Handled 8–15 agents

Good Hindi + English

Basic reporting/Excel

Immediate–30 day joiners

Comfortable joining onsite in Ghaziabad
