Freelance Bulk Recruiter Sourcing

I represent Gallaxy Tech & Fintech (India) and need a recruiting partner who can consistently funnel work-from-home talent toward our telecalling and sales-support openings. Your sole focus is sourcing; my in-house team handles every step after a candidate is handed over.

What the day-to-day looks like
You tap into WhatsApp or Telegram communities, job boards and other social-media channels you already manage, advertise the opening, and share the responses with me. Because you have hands-on bulk-hiring experience—especially for telecalling profiles—you know how to prescreen for basic fit and weed out duplicates before sending them across.

Performance & payment
I measure success by ACTIVE joins. Each genuine hire who clocks in triggers a payout, processed every week. No fees, no float, no dilemma: real people start, you get paid. My current demand runs between 10 and 30 candidates daily, so you can scale up or throttle down to match your bandwidth.

Deliverables I track
• Daily spreadsheet (or API feed) listing fresh candidate contact details
• Quick flag if a submitted lead drops off or refuses onboarding, so I can update records
