Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter

I’m looking for a hands-on recruiter who can quickly build a solid pipeline of full-time, entry-level candidates for two sectors that keep our business running smoothly: Healthcare (clinical and non-clinical roles) and the broader Service Industry (front-line customer-facing positions).

Scope
• Craft and publish compelling job ads on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates against must-have skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker of outreach, responses, and interview status.
• Present a weekly shortlist with résumés, screening notes, and your fit assessment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between selected candidates and our hiring managers.

What success looks like
• A minimum of 8–10 qualified candidates per position in the first two weeks.
• Clear, concise communication—brief status emails or calls every three to four days.
• Smooth hand-off of all candidate data in Excel or Google Sheets, plus any sourcing notes so my team can continue the process after this engagement.
