Sourcing Request – Creative Quest Kit (with Sound Module & Custom Crayon Packs, Printing in UK for Other Items)
Hello,
I need quotes for the non-printed physical components of our Creative Quest Kit, with the exception of the crayons, which must be supplied in custom 6-pack printed boxes.
Other printed materials (activity book, certificates, instructions, retail box) will be produced in the UK.
The kit must be EN71 compliant for the UK/EU, with as many components as possible sourced from suppliers who already have valid EN71 certificates.
Final EN71 testing for the assembled kit will be done in China through an accredited lab.

1. Plush Toy Skin
16-inch unstuffed plush, pre-sewn, pre-stuffed head (custom QuestAhoy parrot mascot).
High-quality soft plush fabric, embroidered eyes.
CE/UKCA suitable materials, EN71 compliant.
2. Polyfiber Stuffing
Pre-measured 125–175g bags.
Non-toxic, hypoallergenic, EN71 certified.
3. Wishing Heart Insert
Fabric or plastic heart, safe for all ages.
EN71 compliant.
4. Sound Module
Record-your-own or pre-recorded (up to 10 seconds).
Child-safe battery compartment with screw lock.
EN71 & RoHS compliant.
5. Crayon Set (6-Pack)
Wax crayons, EN71 certified.
Supplied in full-colour custom printed retail box (design file will be provided).
Include cost for both MOQ and larger runs.

Requirements:
All materials & inks must be EN71-3 compliant.
All components must be CE/UKCA suitable.
Use suppliers with valid EN71 test reports where possible.
Provide samples for pre-production approval.
