Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I’m looking for an experienced and reliable sourcing agent to help me identify real matcha powder manufacturers, ideally through 1688.com. My main objective is to get as close as possible to actual producers in order to ensure:
– Maximum product freshness
– High and consistent quality
– Transparent factory-level pricing without intermediary markups
Please make sure, if possible, that the suppliers are truly manufacturers and not trading companies or resellers. This is critical to avoid unnecessary price inflation and loss of control over quality and consistency.
While I expect the main supplier search to take place on 1688.com, I’m open to including other trusted sourcing platforms if you are aware of better alternatives for this type of product—such as internal factory networks, local directories, or specialized B2B marketplaces—provided they help us reach qualified producers.

2. Prioritize manufacturers, not intermediaries
3. Contact each supplier and request small samples (20–50 g)
4. If possible, negotiate free or low-cost samples
5. Receive all samples at your address, consolidate them into one shipment, and send them to me in Germany
For each supplier, please gather the following information:
– Company name and legal registration
– Factory location
– Real product photos (sample color, packaging, label if any)
– Available certifications (EU Organic, JAS, HACCP, etc.)
– Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
– Lead time for bulk orders
– Price per kilogram
Optional (if feasible): your personal feedback on the sample (color, aroma, texture)
