I am gearing up for an Amazon FBA pre-launch and need a reliable, on-the-ground sourcing partner in China. Your core mission will be to locate trustworthy manufacturers, benchmark and negotiate pricing, safeguard product quality, and steer everything smoothly to my prep center so the inventory is FBA-ready.

Scope of work
• Finding suppliers – create a vetted shortlist (MOQ, lead time, sample cost, factory certificates).
• Negotiations & price benchmarking – gain best-in-class quotes and document concessions.
• Quality control – arrange inspections, photo/video reports, and pre-shipment checks that match Amazon standards.
• Logistics coordination – book freight, confirm INCO terms, generate commercial docs, and track until delivered.

Product range
I’m launching a mixed line that spans electronics, home goods, and possibly apparel. Flexibility to jump between categories and understand their specific compliance needs is essential.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least three qualified suppliers per item with full quotation sheets.
2. Signed negotiation summary showing unit cost, tooling, and payment terms.
3. Pass/fail inspection report and defect pictures for each production run.
4. Door-to-door shipping plan with timeline, tracking, and landed cost breakdown.
