The assignment centres on finding niche, sub-$100 items on 1688, Temu, and similar Chinese wholesale platforms, with an initial emphasis on garden-related products. Each suggestion must tick three boxes—eco-friendly materials, innovative design, and true multi-functionality—while still appealing to Airbnb hosts, pet owners, and everyday utility users once the garden line is proven.
Workflow
• Curate a shortlist of 10-15 viable SKUs, complete with factory links, MOQ, landed cost to India, and quick notes on how each meets the three key features.
• Secure white-label or OEM options, coordinate new packaging/branding that aligns with the style guidelines on www.hytekgroup.in, and obtain digital mock-ups for approval.
• Arrange samples, perform basic quality checks, consolidate orders, and book the most cost-effective shipping route to India (door-to-door preferred).
• Provide weekly progress updates and a final hand-off file containing supplier contacts, negotiated terms, shipping documents, and artwork files.
