China Sourcing: Air-Conditioner Gas

I’m ready to source air-conditioner refrigerant gas in China and need a trusted mainland-based agent to handle the entire process from factory floor to export gate. Your role begins with locating reliable manufacturers that already hold—or can quickly obtain—the quality-assurance documentation and hazardous-goods certificates required for European markets.

Once the short list is in place, you’ll negotiate best-possible prices and MOQs, then organise the items into one neat bundle so they ship out together. Coordination of inland freight and either FOB hand-off to my forwarder or a complete door-to-port solution will round out the assignment.

Deliverables

• Negotiated quotations showing unit cost, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times
• Consolidation plan outlining how the bundle will be packed, labelled, and shipped in compliance with EU hazardous-goods rules
