Project Overview:
We are a premium tableware brand based in Qatar looking for an experienced China-based sourcing agent (or company) to help us find verified factories for a custom-designed tableware collection.

The collection includes products made from different materials (ceramic, wood, plastic, stainless steel), and may require sourcing from 2–4 suppliers. Quantities are relatively small.

Products to Source:

Oud Burner – 200 pcs

Egg-Shaped Cutlery Holder – 120 pcs

Food Warmer – 210 pcs

Cake Stand – 90 pcs

Chocolate Tray – 60 pcs

Your Tasks:

Research and connect with verified suppliers via Alibaba or 1688.com

Ensure suppliers accept custom designs, low MOQs, and custom packaging

Share full supplier details for transparency and future use

Prefer suppliers located in the same province (for easier consolidation/shipping)

Confirm all suppliers can meet the deadline: production and packaging must be completed by October 23, 2025

No supplier commissions – we are paying a fixed fee for your service

Requirements:

Based in China or have strong connections with Chinese factories

Proven experience sourcing customized tableware or homeware

Good communication skills in English

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product categories

Payment:

Fixed price: $200 (paid through Fiverr only)

Bonus: $50–100 for exceptional performance (e.g., multi-product suppliers, faster delivery, outstanding factory match)

Note: All communication and payments must stay within Fiverr as per platform guidelines.
