China Sourcing Agent Needed

My business imports a broad mix of consumer goods, industrial equipment, raw materials, and any other items that fit market demand, so the scope is intentionally wide. I need a bilingual (English-Mandarin) professional based in China who can manage the full sourcing cycle—locating reliable factories, negotiating pricing and terms, arranging samples, coordinating quality inspections, and organising freight right through to final delivery.

Because there is no strict deadline, the collaboration can be set up as an ongoing partnership that scales with product lines as they emerge. Clear, timely communication in English is essential; every quotation, update, and inspection report must be provided in that language.

Deliverables for each product line:
• A vetted shortlist of at least three suppliers, including factory profiles and compliance certificates
• Comparative pricing sheet with MOQ, lead-time, and payment terms clearly stated
• Photo or video evidence of sample or production QC, plus an executive summary of findings
• Shipping plan outlining Incoterms, transit time, and cost breakdown

Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, and on-site trade show visits are all acceptable research channels as long as the final suppliers can meet export standards and agreed-upon specs. I will cover sample fees and inspection costs separately once suppliers are approved.
