China Knitwear Sourcing for T-shirts & Polo Shirts
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced, on-the-ground sourcing agent in China who can own the entire knitwear pipeline for my next collection of T-shirts and polos. This will be a long term project with growth potential. Your mandate will start with locating reliable, export-ready factories that specialise in cotton and cotton-blend knits, then continue through price negotiations, quality assurance, and finally logistics to my freight forwarder.
Because the garments are basic yet margin-sensitive, I’m counting on your established factory network, fluent local language skills, and proven negotiation tactics to secure competitive FOB prices without sacrificing quality. Inline and final inspections must be arranged so that every shipment leaves the factory within the agreed AQL limits and follows my measurement specs, colour standards, and packaging requirements.
Key deliverables
• Supplier identification: vetted factory list with capacity, lead-time, and compliance info
• Pricing & negotiations: detailed cost breakdown and confirmed FOB terms for each style
• Quality control: inspection reports (pre-production, inline, final) plus photo evidence and corrective actions where needed
• Logistics management: coordinated booking, export docs, and tracking updates until goods are handed to my forwarder
If you already work with reputable knitwear mills around Guangzhou, Dongguan, or Zhejiang, that will be a major plus. Familiarity with tools such as Excel cost sheets, QC checklists, and apps like WeChat/Watsapp for quick factory communication will help us move fast.
What
We Offer
Long-term sourcing partnership with growth potential
Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope
Opportunity to work closely with an international apparel brand
Let me know about recent knitwear projects you’ve handled and the average price points you achieved so I can gauge the fit.
