China Industrial Machinery Sourcing

This project involves acting as my on-site sourcing agent in China to identify and secure reliable suppliers of industrial machines. I need thorough, boots-on-the-ground support that covers the entire sourcing cycle—from factory identification and qualification through price negotiation and shipping coordination.

Key activities include factory visits to verify production capacity and ISO or CE compliance, real-time photo/video documentation of production lines, bilingual negotiation to lock in best pricing and payment terms, and coordination with my freight forwarder for timely dispatch. A concise weekly progress summary by email or WeChat will keep communication clear.

Deliverables
• A shortlist (3–5) of vetted industrial machinery manufacturers with full contact details, audit notes, and quoted lead times
• Digital copies of business licenses, certifications, and quality-control reports for each shortlisted supplier
• Final negotiated pro-forma invoice ready for order placement, including agreed INCOTERMS and payment schedule
• Factory visit report (PDF) containing photos, videos, and inspection findings

Acceptance criteria
• All shortlisted factories must pass on-site verification and provide evidence of at least two years of export experience.
• Quoted lead times must fall within the range discussed during kickoff.
• Communication and reports are submitted in clear English.

Alibaba, Made-in-China, WeChat, and standard tools for video calls or live walkthroughs are welcomed so long as the final documentation remains complete and accurate. Prompt, transparent updates and meticulous attention to detail will be the hallmarks of a successful collaboration on this assignment.
