China Home Goods Sourcing Agent

I’m expanding a line of home-goods for the United States market and want an on-the-ground sourcing partner in China who can handle every step from supplier vetting through to shipment. My focus is on generic items, furniture, kitchenware, and home décor, so you’ll already know the factories, verified wholesalers, and trade-show networks that consistently deliver quality in these categories.

For the first three months we will work on a straight commission basis tied to the value of each successfully shipped order; after that period we’ll review performance and negotiate a longer-term fee structure.

What I need you to do
• Identify and approach reliable, pre-screened suppliers and wholesalers.
• Perform in-person product verification and basic QC inspections before funds are released.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and lead times, keeping logistics efficiency in mind.
• Consolidate orders and arrange freight to United States, preparing all export documentation.
• Send me clear photo/video reports and inspection notes for every batch.

Preferred tools and methods
If you already use platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, or your own factory network in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or Yiwu, that’s perfect as long as the contacts are verified and transparent.

Acceptance criteria
• A minimum of three vetted supplier options per product line.
• Inspection reports with date-stamped photos and any defect notes.
• Confirmed shipping details and tracking for each order.
