China Electronics Sourcing Agent Needed

Job ID: 40284324

Budget: €6 – €12 EUR

I run an import-export operation and I’m ready to expand our catalogue of consumer electronics sourced directly from mainland China. Right now, my focus is on smartphones and laptops, and I’m open to working with reputable generic or white-label manufacturers rather than chasing big-name brands.

Here’s what I need from a local sourcing partner who knows the electronics hubs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or similar manufacturing zones:

• Map and vet factories or wholesalers offering smartphones and laptops that meet international safety and performance standards.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and production lead times on my behalf.
• Oversee quality checks—either in-house or with a third-party inspector—before each shipment leaves China.
• Coordinate logistics: export documentation, freight forwarding, and any consolidation required for mixed device orders.
• Provide clear weekly updates, including supplier quotes, sample photos or videos, and shipment tracking once orders are placed.

If you already have an existing network of consumer-electronics suppliers, that’s a major plus. Fluency in both English and Mandarin (or local dialect) will be essential for smooth communication. I’m looking to build an ongoing relationship, beginning with a trial batch so we can fine-tune the process together.

Let me know your experience in electronics sourcing, typical turnaround times for securing quotes and samples, and any value-added services you can bring to streamline the import cycle.
