We need an on-site sourcing assistant at the Canton Fair (Guangzhou – Oct 16–17).
We’re a European buying office looking for a local assistant to help us collect supplier data at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou.
Task:
Visit HVAC and Cable booths, take photos of products and price sheets, and collect the following details:
Product name & model
MOQ, FOB price (USD, Shenzhen/Guangzhou), lead time
EU certifications (CE, ErP, RED if Wi-Fi)
Warranty period
Supplier contact (name, WeChat, email, phone)
Deliverables (end of the day):
1 Excel/CSV file with all collected data
Photos/videos uploaded to Google Drive (link will be provided)
A shortlist of top 10–12 suppliers (best price, certifications, communication)
Duration: 1 day (Oct 16) — possibility to extend for a second day if performance is good.
